Yang Guoqing, the vice minister of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, Shanghai Pictures announced at the China Civil Aviation Development Forum 2009 that China would set up a mature, harmonious, efficient and convenient national public air transportation system over the next three to five years.
The two parties agree to set up a cooperative mechanism for tourism quality assurance. If there are major issues about travel service, relevant departments and individuals should respond to them in due course. A tourism honesty platform will also be set up for the management of tourism companies and the regulation of business behavior. Tourism companies with high credibility will be recommended by the platform while those failing to behave well will be exposed.
